Troy L'Hirondelle moved to Fort Frances from Vancouver where he received a BSc in Computing Science from Simon Fraser University. Troy was introduced to the Rainy Lake area by his wife Jennifer, who was born and raised in Fort Frances. When he his not in the office Troy and his wife enjoy spending time on the lake, camping and canoeing, reading, gardening, cooking and spending time with family.
